Flexity Berlin Within the next few years a new tramway generation will be introduced to Berlin, replacing the outdated Tatra vehicles successively. With a design exclusively developed for Berlin that focuses on a functional design philosophy, it will add a new face to the scene. The first group of four pre-production vehicles will be put into service in 2008. The entire order includes an option of up to 206 vehicles. Within the testing phase, all four vehicles will be examined from top to bottom during their daily service. |
